Offering a luxury manicure service focused exclusively on natural nails, using only the highest quality products, including The Gel Bottle BIAB. This nourishing system promotes faster nail growth and strength, helping clients achieve their desired length within just 1-2 rebalance cycles.

Your experience includes a detailed manicure, a relaxing Aesop skincare massage, and a take-home cuticle oil for first-time clients.

Please review the following information BEFORE making your booking:

BARE NAILS FRESH START POLICY

For the best results, I ask that all product be removed from your previous nail technician before your first appointment. This allows me to assess your natural nail health and provide the highest standard of service.

REBALANCE (INFILL) CYCLE

For optimal results, I recommend appointments every 3 weeks. 4-week intervals are possible for some clients, but anything beyond 4 weeks will incur an additional fee due to extra time needed for rebalancing and shaping.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments changed or cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments result in lost revenue and insufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND PUNCTUALITY
A confirmation message will be sent 48hrs before your appointment; please reply Y to confirm. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes (feel free to wait on the front deck). Arrivals 10+ minutes late may result in a modified service, and 15+ minutes late may lead to cancellation and the cancellation fee (see above).

NO CHILDREN
All appointments are one-to-one. For your safety and relaxation, please attend alone as children cannot be adequately supervised during your appointment.

COVID-19/ILLNESS
If you're unwell, please reschedule. As I work closely with clients, illness can spread quickly. Stay home, take care, and we’ll arrange another time.
